Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable customer-focused Vehicle Pickup & Inspection Specialist to support our growing operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This role involves picking up vehicles from customers conducting detailed condition inspections documenting vehicle information and delivering superior customer experience throughout the process.
The hours are 9:00 AM 6:00 PM three days per week with additional hours available as needed on other weekdays. This position is expected to be part-time and hours may vary based on customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and transport customer vehicles throughout the DFW area as assigned.
- Verify vehicle information and accurately document vehicle details.
- Inspect vehicles and identify visible damage or condition concerns - interior exterior odometer reading trunk area engine compartment and any modifications.
- Take clear photos and complete inspection reports using company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers during vehicle pickup and inspection appointments.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate complete and submitted promptly.
- Follow company policies safety procedures and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicle types safely and confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle condition issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from Addison TX.
- Ability to use a smartphone mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
- Automotive inspection dealership rental car transportation or vehicle logistics experience is a plus but not required.
