Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of complex large-scale IT initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams managing multiple workstreams and ensuring adherence to structured project management methodologies. You will provide hands-on technical leadership oversee project execution from initiation through closeout and ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational standards. This role requires strong expertise in managing technical projects stakeholder communication risk mitigation and governance compliance in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across all lifecycle phases
- Provide hands-on technical project leadership for multi-platform IT initiatives
- Coordinate tasks resources and timelines across technical teams business units and stakeholders
- Manage vendor and partner relationships including contract alignment and performance tracking
- Maintain project artifacts such as schedules budgets risks issues and status reports
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical operational and vendor-related areas
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards security policies and governance frameworks
- Track project performance using KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Manage project milestones releases and change control processes
- Coordinate testing processes including planning execution and validation
- Support training and adoption initiatives to ensure operational readiness
- Provide guidance on system upgrades cloud migration and infrastructure modernization
- Apply technical understanding of systems APIs databases and integrations for planning and execution
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- Strong experience managing complex IT projects across full lifecycle phases
- Proven expertise in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract deliverables
- Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with risk management issue resolution and performance tracking
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure applications APIs and integrations
- Excellent communication leadership and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting cloud migration system upgrades and modernization initiatives
- Experience working with enterprise architecture and governance standards (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale transformation or multi-stream project environments (preferred)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
