Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will support project planning execution and delivery activities within Agile and structured project environments. You will work closely with project teams stakeholders and leadership to ensure proper coordination documentation and adherence to project management standards. The role requires strong organizational communication and analytical skills to assist in managing multiple project components while ensuring timely progress compliance and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning activities including maintaining schedules sprint plans task lists and work breakdown structures
- Assist with Agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Maintain and update Agile boards including user stories tasks and sprint progress tracking
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes status reports risk logs and change requests
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor project and sprint progress identifying risks and escalating issues as needed
- Maintain project repositories documentation libraries and collaboration platforms
- Support stakeholder communication and assist in gathering updates and clarifying requirements
- Perform basic data analysis to support reporting dashboards and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes standards and governance requirements
- Provide administrative and logistical support to project and Agile teams
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- 2 5 years of experience supporting IT projects Agile teams or administrative project functions
- Understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with Agile concepts including user stories sprint velocity and burndown charts
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools SharePoint Teams and Azure DevOps
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow established processes and adapt to structured environments
- Willingness to learn and grow in Agile and traditional project management practices
- Experience in a tolling or transportation-related environment (preferred)
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CAPM (preferred)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
