Position: IT Service Support Analyst Regional PC Refresh
Location: Petersburg VA 23803

Job Description: Were seeking an IT Service Support Analyst to assist with regional IT operations and PC Refresh initiatives. The role focuses on directing IT requests coordinating hardware refreshes imaging deploying transferring data installing apps and hardware setup/troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will manage own workload schedule deployments with users and communicate regional needs to the IT Operations Center while providing ongoing user support and guidance.
Responsibilities at a glance:
Determine regional hardware/software needs and upcoming projects; relay to the IT Operations Center.
Schedule PC Refresh activities imaging deployment data transfer and app installations.
Guide users on technology usage and available solutions; escalate issues as needed.
Coach staff on troubleshooting hardware software asset inventory and device provisioning.
Track initiatives issues projects and action items; provide regular status reports.
Provide coordination with Asset Management Phone System Printers and related areas.
Communicate new technologies policies and best practices to the region.

IT Service Management concepts (Incident Change Service Request Asset Management)
Proficiency with MS 365 apps (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Forms SharePoint Teams)
Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and PC Refresh experience
