Provide administrative assistance in support of the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program ( VCHIP ) including project scheduling data management functions tracking project performance (e.g. number of trainings participant feedback) keeping minutes ordering/maintaining training supplies processing expenses maintenance of data tracking database coordination of outreach and educational activities around project specific conferences and training participation in quality improvement activities and other related duties. Work under general guidance initiate responses to problem resolution and adhere to confidentiality and guidelines for ethical human subject research.
