Job Summary
Summary Responsible for performing and overseeing vascular ultrasound procedures to assess blood flow detect vascular abnormalities and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. Does this position require Patient Care Yes Essential Functions -Perform a wide range of vascular ultrasound examinations including carotid arterial venous and peripheral vascular studies. -Use Doppler and color-flow imaging to assess blood flow and detect abnormalities. -Oversee the maintenance and calibration of vascular ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results. -Prepare and position patients for vascular ultrasound examinations. -Collaborate with physicians radiologists and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate ultrasound protocols for each : RVT (ARDMS)
