Varsity Boys Assistant Track Coach

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Track Coach for the upcoming season at Coloma High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in planning and executing daily practices and meets as well as providing guidance and support to student-athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and executing daily practices and meets
- Provide guidance and support to student-athletes
- Help to maintain a positive and safe team environment
- Assist with equipment management and maintenance
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Assist with transportation to and from meets as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director

Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of track and field events and rules
- Ability to work well with student-athletes parents and other coaches
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances
- Availability to attend all practices and meets including some weekends and evenings
