Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice . We have a client in need of extra support to assis the client team as they go-live on ADP Vantage on 10/1/2025.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualification(s):
Vantage Payroll procesing
Familiarity with Workday imports
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of September 1 2025 with an initial duration through December 31 2025 with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Fulltime 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Client located in EST.

- Assist the Client team with Vantage payroll processing where needed.
- Could be any and all aspects of of the processing function.
- Combination of weekly & biweekly paygroups and 3500 Employees.
- Client uses Workday for HRIS and combination of ADP Vantage time and UKG.
