What Youll Do

• Provide safe reliable and timely transportation between the hotel and the airport.
• Greet every guest with warmth professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Assist guests with luggage while providing exceptional customer service.
• Share information about hotel amenities local attractions and transportation options.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness safety and proper operation.
• Maintain the shuttle in a clean organized and guest-ready condition.
• Follow all traffic laws company policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding guest pickups departures and special requests.
• Support the Front Office and other departments as needed during downtime including assisting with guest requests lobby presentation and light operational tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns while creating positive memorable experiences.

What Youll Bring

• A friendly outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle or van.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and transport luggage up to 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends holidays and varying shifts.
• Previous hotel transportation or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
