• Roll Out the Red Carpet: Greet residents and guests with an upbeat attitude open doors and give them a warm welcome.

• The Ultimate Car Concierge: Safely park and retrieve vehicles with peak care and precision.

• Be a Helping Hand: Assist residents with getting in and out of vehicles or helping them carry in groceries packages and luggage.

• Keep it Moving: Maintain a clean organized and smooth-running valet driveway.

• A Service Superstar: You genuinely enjoy talking to people swapping quick stories and putting a smile on someones face.

• The Hustle: You like staying on your feet moving fast and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• The Basics: * Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) transmissions is a major plus!

  • Must be able to pass a background check.

• Flexibility: This is a part-timeposition. We need someone with a flexible schedule who can jump in and help out when the community needs it most!

• At least 18 years of age
• 2 years of driving experience
• Valid drivers license
• Acceptable driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all regulatory company and departmental policies and procedures
• Must project professionalism
• Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
• Must be able to jog walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
• Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated stable punctual work history
