What Youll Do

As a Valet Attendant youll help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests with a warm professional attitude
• Open vehicle and facility doors for arriving and departing guests
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
• Provide directions information and outstanding customer service
• Create memorable interactions that reflect the hotels service standards

Vehicle Operations

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Issue and manage valet tickets accurately
• Handle guest vehicles with care and professionalism
• Maintain organized traffic flow and vehicle staging areas
• Follow all safety security and operational procedures

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with hotel and hospitality teams
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
• Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
• Represent the LAZ brand with professionalism and energy

Qualifications

Required

• Valid drivers license
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong customer service mindset

Preferred

• Previous hospitality valet hotel restaurant or guest service experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environments

No valet experience No problem. We can train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role requiring the ability to:

• Stand walk and run for extended periods
• Lift push or pull up to 50 pounds
• Bend stoop and move frequently throughout your shift
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including sun rain snow and mountain temperatures
