We are currently recruiting reliable professional sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team at our Sales Office in Orlando FL.

How Youll Shine

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations that showcase the benefits of traveling with Travel Leisure while building rapport and connecting with prospective and current owners using company-provided prequalified leads.

• Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities helping existing owners maximize the value of their ownership through enhanced products benefits and travel experiences.

• Build trust-based relationships with owners by identifying their vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions that meet their needs.

Training

Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career development training designed to support your long-term success and growth.

Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented performance-driven environment while confidently overcoming customer objections.

Technical Skills

Generate sales by initiating transactions effectively utilizing smart devices and applying proven closing techniques.

Job Experience

Bring 1-2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results. Experience in timeshare vacation ownership owner upgrades or consultative sales is preferred.

• Valid Florida Real Estate License

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Passion for helping fulfill our mission to put the world on vacation

• Strong communication relationship-building and closing skills

• Ability to effectively present upgrade opportunities and drive sales results with existing owners
