Role Summary:
As a Vacation Sales Ambassador with Hilton Grand Vacations you will engage with guests build relationships and promote vacation ownership packages in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests to understand needs and recommend vacation options
• Deliver sales presentations and promote vacation packages
• Provide concierge-style service including local recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Apply sales techniques to meet and exceed performance goals
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall success
