• Duration: 3 months with option to extend 
• Location: Remote. NY area candidates will be prioritized.
• Hourly Rate: $85 with potential room to flex; please include your preferred hourly rate when you apply
• Hours/wk: 15-20 hrs/week 

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a talented UX/Front-End Web Designer to join our clients team. You will be working within an established robust Figma component library becoming an expert in the existing site architecture and design language. This isnt just about pixel-pushing; its about strategic evolution. You will be responsible for designing new components enhancing existing ones and crafting high-impact high-touch landing pages for advertising campaigns often translating creative concepts developed by the clients ad agency into corresponding web experiences.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deep dive into the existing Figma component library to master the current design system. 

• Design and implement new components that integrate seamlessly with the existing ecosystem. 

• Enhance and optimize current components to improve user experience and visual consistency.

• Design high-touch landing pages for advertising campaigns translating creative concepts from the clients ad agency into polished web experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the in-house engineering team to bridge the gap between design and development. 

• Push the creative boundaries of the brand ensuring the digital presence remains modern functional and high-performing. 

Qualifications :

Requirements 

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating work within established design systems. 

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma. 

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining design consistency while seeking opportunities for creative improvement. 

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time (15 - 20 hours/week) schedule. 

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. 

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus but not required.
