- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks.
- Washes pots pans and trays after meal preparation and serving.
- Operates dish washing machine.
- Returns clean items to proper location.
- Utilizes cleaning supplies within budgetary guidelines.
- Collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers.
- High School Graduate or GED or combined experience.
- Six months related experience and/or training or Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have ability to read write speak and understand English
- Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills
