The Utility Worker washes and sanitizes all dishes pots and pans and food preparation equipment and empties kitchen trash. Maintains all equipment walls and floors in a clean and sanitary condition. Essential Duties:

• Must be flexible to work on weekends
• Washes and sanitizes all dishes pots and pans food carts and food preparation equipment.
• Empties kitchen trash and sanities containers as needed.
• Sweeps mops and foams kitchen floors.
• Maintains cleanliness of all walls in kitchen and serving areas.
• Transports food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility.
• Does regular cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment including oven and ranges.
• Assist in setting up buffets and special functions events.
• Early Morning meet the driver
• Rotate stock first in first out
• Label all new stock items
• Working in temperature changes freezer refrigerator and dry storage areas
