Shift Premium of $.75/hron 2nd shift
Hourly Bonus Program
Work Schedule:
Flexible scheduling 8-hour workday 5-6 days a week withpossible overtime.
2nd Shift (3pm-11pm): Tuesday-Saturday
Employees must have weekend availability.
Employees may work weekends and holidays.

Job Overview:
Utilities Operatorsare responsible forthe safe operation and routine maintenance of the plants utility systems that support continuous production. Will beworkingwith steam boilers ammonia refrigeration equipment air compressors cooling towers all HVAC equipment and Freon systems.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Operateboilers ammonia refrigerationsystemand compressed air system.
The safe and efficient operation of boilersair conditioningcompressorscondensersand all other equipment associated withthe Utilities department.
Perform the duties of the Utilities department consistent with plant policy and standards with respect to productquality GMPs and safety.
Monitor fire alarm panel coordinate response team.
Ammonia evacuation.
Operateand maintain chilled water system.
Monitorchemical treatment for cooling towers and boiler water.
Preventive maintenance on all equipment associated with the Utilities department (i.e. air compressorspumps air handler filters cooler equipment air handlers steam system).
Disassemble clean inspectrepairand reassemble all equipment associated with the Utilities department.
AmmoniaHVACand all refrigeration controls.
Utilities stockroom.
Exhaust fans (building).
Otherduties asassigned by the supervisor.
Position may include quality checks including but not limited to GMP HACCP andtempchart calibrations.
Know understand andcomply withKraft Foods Environmental Policy.
Reduce Krafts Environmental footprint.
Qualifications:
Steam Boiler operation and refrigeration backgrounda plus. Minimum of fouryears experience.
Must understand and have basic knowledge of the refrigeration and air conditioning cycle.
Thorough knowledge of boiler control instrumentation devices including pressure gauges and transmitting devices flow meters temperature gauges and transmitters combustion control feedwatercontroland safety
Devices.
License in Freon refrigeration repaira plus
Ability to gain freon refrigeration licensefor useon all window units cabinet coolers water fountainsandall main plantfreon refrigeration units.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test.
