Used Vehicle Technician

TDR Auto Plaza is seeking a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to help ensure our pre-owned inventory meets the highest standards of quality safety and reliability. If you take pride in your work have strong diagnostic and repair skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment wed like to hear from you.

• Perform inspections on used vehicle inventory.
• Diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns.
• Complete reconditioning and repair work efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes brakes tires and fluid services.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
• Document repairs and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of domestic and import vehicle systems.
• Ability to perform repairs independently and efficiently.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• NYS Inspector License preferred (if applicable).
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
