• Pay Structure: $33.80-$36.00 Competitive hourly/flat-rate structure plus production bonus options (commensurate with experience).
• Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.

What You Will Do

• Multi-Point Inspections: Thoroughly inspect incoming used cars trucks and SUVs of all makes and models.
• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Full-Scale Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on brakes suspensions steering alignment engines and drivetrains.
• Routine Maintenance: Complete oil changes fluid flushes tire rotations and general tune-ups.
• Safety Certification: Ensure every pre-owned vehicle meets safety and quality standards before moving to the retail lot. 1 2 4

What We Need From You

• Experience: 5 years of automotive repair experience across multiple vehicle brands.
• Tools: Your own set of standard professional technician tools.
• License: A valid California drivers license with a clean DMV record.
• Knowledge: Demonstrated ability working on varied domestic Asian and European vehicle architectures.
• Certifications: ASE certifications or factory training are highly preferred but not required.
