Used Car Reconditioning Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependableUsed Car Service Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for inspecting diagnosing and repairing pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet our dealerships quality and safety standards prior to sale. • Perform comprehensive inspections on used vehicles (mechanical electrical and safety components)
• Diagnose issues and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner
• Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes brakes tires fluid services etc.)
• Complete reconditioning work to prepare vehicles for retail sale
• Accurately document inspections findings and repairs
• Communicate repair needs with service advisors and management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety standards

• Previous automotive technician experience required (used car or reconditioning experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Own tools required
• ASE certification preferred but not required
