Used Car Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team at Subaru Evergreen this role you will oversee the buying selling and overall management of our used vehicle inventory ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will lead a team to meet sales goals maintain inventory standards and collaborate with other departments to optimize our dealerships performance.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department including inventory acquisition pricing and sales.
• Lead and develop the used car sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Work closely with finance service and new car departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and ensure all used inventory meets company standards.
• Negotiate vehicle trades and purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain detailed records and reports related to used vehicle sales and inventory management.

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar automotive sales management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of used car market trends and pricing strategies.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
