Position Responsibilities:

Associate

  • Develops implements and maintains various manufacturing plans Bill of Materials work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration

  • Assists with development and integration of suppliers processes materials data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements

  • Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.

  • Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements

  • Assists in tooling dispositions

  • Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope.

  • Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs

  • Assists in providing input to design manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules

  • Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments

  • Assists in the review maintenance and monitoring of internal documents

  • Deliver shipside reach-back support to production teams as needed to resolve issues and maintain workflow

  • Works under general supervision

Mid-Level

  • Develops implements and maintains various manufacturing plans Bill of Materials work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration

  • Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives

  • Develops and integrates suppliers processes materials data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements

  • Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met

  • Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

  • Manages tools from initial design to end of use disposition

  • Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues

  • Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs

  • Provides producibility input to design manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules

  • Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments

  • Drafts updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements

  • Deliver shipside reach-back support to production teams as needed to resolve issues and maintain workflow

  • Works under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Level 2: AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Level 3: AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience planning in manufacturing execution systems (MES)

  • Experience in using ENOVIA / CATIA

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance

  • BDS Manufacturing Planner experience

  • Experience using Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)

  • Development program experience

  • Ability to perform minor electrical and electronic modifications

  • Proactive communication skillset

Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $65450 - $88550

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $78200 - $105800
