Job Summary
The Audio Hardware Product Management team sets the direction for VIZIOs consumer electronics Audio portfolio partnering closely with Engineering QA Supply Chain Sales & Marketing Industrial Design and Legal Compliance. We operate cross-functionally to align roadmaps specifications and timelines across internal teams and external technology partners. This role strengthens how we define and deliver product capabilities at scaleimproving speed-to-market while ensuring our products meet customer expectations quality standards and regulatory and licensing requirements.
Define product behavior and performance goals; write feature PRDs and detailed specifications for ODMs chipset vendors and QA.
Build andmaintainroadmaps specs and executive-ready documentation and presentations.
Drive specification projects end-to-end aligning stakeholders on timelines dependencies and progress reporting.
Lead ODM technical design reviews to clarify feasibility tradeoffs and execution plans.
Support compliance and technology licensing programs; test hardware/firmware and provide feedback and approvals.
Whatyoullbring
Hardware product management experience in Audio consumer electronics or adjacent domains (e.g.whole-home connected portable BT/WiFi speakers).
Ability to produce precise PRDs/specs and translate technicaldetailfor executives and cross-functional partners.
Familiarity with modern CE audio ecosystems (SoC BT/WiFi chipsets) offshore ODM development and QA validation.
Exposure to regulatory/safety standards (e.g. FCC UL/IEC) and/or licensing programs (e.g. HDMI Dolby/DTS WiFi/BT).
Strong program/project management across multiple workstreams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

The annual salary range for this position is $108000.00 - $216000.00
Additionalcompensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
