What youll do:

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans organizing timelines and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
• Develop and communicate project requirements status updates and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes recommend solutions and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes tools and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead the implementation of business solutions ensuring compliance with policies and driving execution to meet performance metrics.
• Provide supervision mentoring and development opportunities to associates fostering accountability and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
