Mobile Service Description - USA


Service Title: US Telecom Service Management & Billing Support
Languages Required: English

Location- Auburn Hills MI (Onsite)

Mission:
Ensure operational and financial continuity of US mobility telecom services (AT&T and Verizon) acting as service liaison and billing analyst. Guarantee telecom governance and escalation efficiency through local operator expertise.

Key Activities:
- Act as primary interface with AT&T and Verizon Account Teams
- Manage lifecycle of mobile lines (inventory expired contracts zero-usage suspensions ETF waivers)
- Review and submit telecom invoices to internal validation flow (e-Supplier Tangoe)
- Escalate and follow-up on system/application issues (coverage in-building connectivity)
- Analyze international usage identify overages propose optimization actions
- Assist large-scale mobility initiatives (deployment recycling migration)
- Contribute to process improvement and cost savings initiatives
- Ensure rapid reaction and autonomy in dealing with infrastructure or subscription issues directly with the operator

Required Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of mobile telecom mechanics contract lifecycle and bundles management
- Technical understanding of 2G 3G 4G 5G MIFI technologies and indoor coverage issues
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM solutions

Qualifications & Background:
- Minimum Bac 3 (e.g. Telecoms Networks IT degree)
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry (operator processes contract structures mobile lifecycle management)
- Good IT culture (ticketing tools databases data visualization)

Deliverables:
- Monthly billing validation package (per carrier)
- Telecom usage and exception reports
- Operational KPI tracking (response times resolution savings)
- On-demand incident/escalation reports
