Job Summary
This role is responsible for setting clear sales objectives aligned with organizational goals crafting and executing effective inside sales strategies and managing sales pipelines. The role manages inside sales representatives evaluates team performance and facilitates training for their skill enhancement. The role stays updated with the latest advancements in the market and integrates customer feedback for improvements in the organizations offerings.

Responsibilities
Establishes clear inside sales objectives and performance targets that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
Crafts and executes inside sales strategies that encompass market analysis opportunity identification and tactics to surpass sales targets.
Manages account planning while maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
Assists sales teams in customizing solutions tailored to client needs demonstrating a deep understanding of client challenges and aligning the organizations capabilities with their objectives.
Conducts thorough performance evaluations providing constructive feedback and establishing individual development plans to foster growth.
Manages the budget making resource allocations monitoring expenses and striving for cost-effectiveness.
Seeks and integrates customer feedback to drive enhancements in products and services thereby refining the inside sales process for overall customer satisfaction.
Facilitates training and development programs to empower the inside sales team with enhanced product knowledge selling techniques and customer engagement skills.
Conducts regular sales meetings to address challenges and share best practices while keeping the team informed aligned with goals and motivated.
Keeps up to date with sales technology CRM systems and other tools to improve efficiency and productivity in the sales process.

Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience preferably in sales business management project management or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $115000 to $170000 annually with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
