Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice .
Our client is looking for a US Payroll Systems Coordinator to oversee all aspects of managing their ADP HRIS (Enterprise V6 eTime) including support of a migration to global WorkForceManager for time.

Level of Effort: Full-time remote position
Immediate start date with duration of 6 months and the possibility of extending.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice .
Our client is looking for a US Payroll Systems Coordinator to oversee all aspects of managing their ADP HRIS (Enterprise V6 eTime) including support of a migration to global WorkForceManager for time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client-side ADP systems expertise for clients EV6 eTime and upcoming WFM systems
- Support integrations system maintenance and workflows as appropriate
- Manage the development and production of reporting for all stakeholders
- Drive proactive communication across HR Benefits Payroll Finance and global organization
- Collaborate with ADP team to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Make recommendations around training and documentation needs for user base
Pre-requesites:
- Expert in ADP Enterprise V6
- Expert in ADP eTime
- Working knowledge of ADP WFM
