Our client a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology is looking for a "US Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist based out of South San Francisco CA (Hybrid).

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $87/hr on W2

Seeking a Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support the Medical Education & Communication team. This role will lead system optimization analytics reporting and process automation while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize systems platforms and reporting infrastructure
Lead system transitions implementations and user adoption initiatives
Develop dashboards analytics and automated reporting solutions using Salesforce Tableau/Qlik and Google tools
Analyze organizational and portfolio data to identify trends risks and actionable insights
Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
Conduct data audits and maintain compliance with internal policies and workflows
Provide user training technical support and documentation for systems and reporting processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in systems administration business analytics reporting or related roles
Advanced experience with Salesforce Tableau/Qlik and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs/Medical Information operations in pharma or biotech
Proven project management and stakeholder management experience
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
