The US Healthcare Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to help develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for HCP Marketing for US Healthcare.

As Associate Marketing Manager youll help drive the success of our US Healthcare and HCP strategies through strategic data-driven healthcare professional programs that connect with todays healthcare professionals.

This role will partner with the consumer brand team to ensure consistent communication and identify/leverage synergies. You will work within a supportive team while maintaining a sense of autonomy to build and bring bold HCP marketing strategies to life that will drive Culturelle AZO and Estrovens competitive position with healthcare professionals and associations while growing recommendations advocacy and downstream retail revenue through patient purchase in the market.

This position is eligible for the client Working Model spending 3 days (Tuesday Thursday) in the Shelton office and the balance of the work week working from a home office.

Education & Experience

  • BS/BA in Marketing required.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing consumer products and competitive analysis.
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Event planning and/or educational program & conference coordination experience a plus.
  • Ability to plan organize and implement marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with budgeting project forecasting and analysis.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skill in gathering and analyzing data to produce actionable information.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics including KPIs & ROI.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams both leading projects and serving as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
