High-Paying Urology Opportunity $500/Hour Pennsylvania VA System
Practice Locations
Primary service at Lebanon VA Medical Center with coverage across four outpatient clinics:
- York PA
- Mechanicsburg PA
- Berks/Wyomissing PA
- Lancaster/Willow Street PA
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends required)

Required Qualifications
All candidates must have:
- Active full and unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state/territory/DC)
- Board Certification in Urology
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Ongoing compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements
Critical Clinical Capabilities
Candidates must be highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of advanced urologic procedures including:
- Partial & radical nephrectomy (robotic/open)
- Radical prostatectomy (robotic)
- Simple prostatectomy (robotic)
- Varicocele repair (robotic)
- Partial cystectomy (robotic)
- Prostate fusion biopsy
- Vasovasostomy
- Comprehensive endourology
- Complex urodynamics
- Management of sexual dysfunction & recurrent UTIs
Team Composition Requirements
To meet contract standards proposed candidates are highly preffered to have:
- Complex urodynamics
- Treatment of urinary incontinence & pelvic organ prolapse
- Sling procedures & periurethral bulking
- Sacrocolpopexy & Burch procedures (robotic)
- Pelvic floor pain management
- Sexual dysfunction treatment
- Recurrent UTI care
- InterStim therapy
- Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery
