Established high-volume private Urology practice with locations in North and South Lubbock
Large referral base with a 3.5 million patient draw area including out-of-state referrals
Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers delivering comprehensive urologic care
Cutting-edge urologic practice utilizing the latest procedures and technologies
Strong patient demand with new referrals directed to incoming physicians

About the Role:
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care
Diagnose treat and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a high-volume setting
Maintain high-quality timely documentation and patient-centered care
Participate in practice growth and development initiatives
No required city call with optional participation if desired
Background:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to high-quality patient-centered care and private practice growth
