Urgently Hiring Safety Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Safety Compliance Officer to oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations company policies and project requirements.

• Conduct jobsite inspections and safety audits.
• Identify and correct workplace hazards.
• Enforce PPE fall protection LOTO confined space excavation rigging and other safety requirements.
• Conduct safety orientations toolbox talks and training.
• Complete JHAs/JSAs and maintain safety documentation.
• Investigate injuries near misses and incidents.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance.
• Assist with OSHA inspections and safety audits.
• Stop unsafe work when an imminent hazard exists.
• Promote a strong safety culture across construction projects.

• Construction safety experience preferably in mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with jobsite inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards.
