We are seeking an experienced and compassionate helper to support a client withadvanced dementiawho iswheelchair-bound and bed-bound. The client weighs approximately100 lbs (50)and requireshands-on personal care including wound care and repositioning.

Care Responsibilities

• Providemorning and evening personal care(changing cleaning; keep pull-ups off as instructed)
• Performwound care and apply prescribed creams
• Assist withrepositioning to prevent bed sores
• Supporttransfers (bed wheelchair)using proper techniques
• Assist withmeal preparation and feeding
• Provideshower assistance(with shower chair if needed)
• Ensurecomfort dignity and safetyat all times

Schedule

• Monday Friday
• Morning:9:30 AM 11:30 AM(2 hours possibly longer)
• Evening:7:00 PM 8:30 PM(1.5 hours)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience withadvanced dementia care
• Skilled inwound care and skin integrity management
• Comfortable withtransfers and bed-bound care
• Patient attentive and compassionate
• Physically capable of assisting with repositioning and mobility

This role is best suited for a helper withstrong hands-on care experience particularly inbed-bound care and wound management who can provideconsistent gentle and attentive support.
