Urgent Care Veterinarian New Hospital Opening!

PawDoc Urgent Care and Surgery Dental Center is opening a brand-new center in Tacoma Washington! We are looking for an Urgent Care doctor to join our team!

To meet the needs of our communities we are opening a center bridging the gap between general practice and emergency/overnight care offering non-life-threatening urgent care for pets in need.

This role is ideal for:

• Emergency veterinarians ready to step away from the intensity of overnight or high-acuity ER shifts.
• Experienced general practitioners eager to broaden their scope in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
• Newer veterinarians seeking hands-on experience outside of general practice with growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

• Interest in urgent care emergency medicine or building clinical confidence
• Strong diagnostic skills with an adaptable thoughtful approach to patient care
• Excellent communication with clients and support staff
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

• Competitive starting base salary between $120000 - 150000 with monthly production and no negative accrual
