We are seeking an experienced University Recruiter to support university and early-career hiring for a global technology company specializing in innovative data storage and infrastructure solutions.
In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers internal stakeholders and university partners to attract and hire new college graduates and interns across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience strong relationship-building skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers internal stakeholders and university partners to attract and hire new college graduates and interns across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience strong relationship-building skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for new college graduates and interns including pipeline development candidate screening interview coordination and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and campus partners to develop pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Represent and promote the organizations employer brand throughout the recruiting process.
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through offer.
- Support university recruiting programs and initiatives designed to strengthen the overall early-career experience.
- Collaborate with recruiting teammates and cross-functional partners to meet hiring goals milestones and deadlines.
- Develop recruiting presentations reports and program updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support and attend university recruiting events and other campus initiatives.
- Travel domestically as needed during peak university recruiting cycles.
- 2 years of relevant recruiting experience with university/campus or early-career recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook.
