We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Universal Banker to join our team in Hartford WI. Interested candidates must be available to work as scheduled Monday through Friday and every other Saturday (see below).

As a Universal Banker youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers every day. This role is centered around relationship-building customer service and helping customers find financial solutions that support their goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers with warmth professionalism and a genuine smile

• Accurately processing banking transactions

• Building and deepening customer relationships by identifying needs and offering personalized financial solutions

• Promoting bank products and services through meaningful conversations (no quotas!)

• Opening servicing and maintaining customer accounts

• Educating customers on digital banking tools that make banking safer easier and more convenient

• Connecting customers with internal business partners including lenders business bankers and investment services

• Delivering service experiences that exceed expectations every customer every time

• High school diploma required

• Cash handling experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word email internet navigation and basic keyboarding

• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

• Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility

Ability to work scheduled hours between:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

• Two Saturdays per month: 8:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

When scheduled on Saturday we work to provide a weekday off Tues/Wed/Thurs.
