H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast paced work environment positive interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

Meets the needs of patients physicians and staff through strong organization communication and attention to safety.

Communicates effectively and adapts interactions to patientspecific needs while reducing potential risks.

Collaborates using the Professional Practice Model supporting teamwork and welcoming new staff.

Adjusts to changing schedules and workload demands to meet patient and unit needs.

Advocates for patients and maintains accurate documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory standards.

Demonstrates accountability by following personnel policies and maintaining essential Unit Secretary skills.

Contributes to quality and safety by identifying inefficient processes participating in improvement efforts and adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.

Work hours: Full-Time Nights (6:45 PM 7:15 AM) for 36 hours/week. Weekend and holiday requirements
