Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Unit Public Affairs Representative to join our team. As a Unit Public Affairs Representative you will be responsible for managing the public image and reputation of our company. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies that promote our company and its services to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets community organizations and key stakeholders

- Create and distribute press releases and other public relations materials

- Coordinate and manage company events and sponsorships

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments about the company

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Serve as a spokesperson for the company responding to media inquiries and representing the company at public events

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving the companys public image

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising and promotional campaigns

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products services and industry trends

- Stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry standards related to public affairs and communications

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations communications or a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities

- Proven experience in event planning and management

- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media marketing

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
