We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Unit Public Affairs this role you will be responsible for representing our company and promoting our brand to the public. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our companys reputation and build strong relationships with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets community organizations and stakeholders.

- Plan and execute community events sponsorships and partnerships to increase brand visibility and promote our services.

- Create and distribute press releases media kits and other promotional materials.

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments.

- Manage the companys online presence including website and social media accounts.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement public relations campaigns.

- Act as a spokesperson for the company handling media inquiries and interviews.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in public relations communications marketing or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in public relations preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Proven experience in event planning and management.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary.
