Job Summary
Unit Manager RN is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process assessment planning implementation and evaluation under the scope of the States Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse license. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization timely and appropriate care interventions and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction adherence to the centers clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
- Must have as a minimum one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
- Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
