Union Cleaning Tech (PT Evenings)

City Wide Jani Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Union Janitorial Technician to provide evening cleaning services at a commercial facility three (3) evenings per week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe and professional environment while working independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Empty trash and replace liners
• Sweep mop and vacuum floors
• Dust accessible surfaces and blinds
• Clean entrance glass and wipe door/window frames
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Restock restroom supplies
• Clean breakroom and kitchen areas
• Wipe and disinfect tables counters sinks and other high-touch surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas including corners and edges
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass any site-specific onboarding requirements if applicable

• Part-Time
• Evening Shift
• Three (3) evenings per week

• Paid in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Opportunities for additional hours as business needs permit
