Leidos Analysis Solutions Business Area is seeking experienced engineers who are eager to contribute to some of the nations most important maritime intelligence this role youll help characterize undersea naval and multidomain threatsfrom subsystemlevel analysis to integrated combatsystem assessmentsand support the creation of highvalue maritime finished intelligence (FINTEL) products for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).

Producing objective tradecraftcompliant FINTEL (ICD 203)
Delivering defensible sourceable intelligence (ICD 206)
Enabling maximum utility for countermeasure developers
Helping close the sensortoshooter loop and strengthen U.S. maritime advantage

What Youll Do

C4ISR Architecture Analysis
Characterize threat C4ISR architecture from the component level upward. Your assessments will cover node hierarchy decision timelines battlemanagement logic sensor integration datafusion requirements communications/datalink features and EP integration under jamming or EA conditions. Youll also generate subsystemlevel engineering building blocks that feed broader systemofsystems analysis.

SensortoVulnerability Integration
Translate raw intelligence into operationally actionable insights closing the loop between sensor performance and architectural vulnerabilities. Your work will highlight decision points timing constraints and structural weaknesses that inform EW EP and hardkill countermeasure development.

Network Topology & Connectivity
Evaluate physical and logical network architecture connectivity pathways bandwidth and latency constraints and redundancy/failover design.

Full SensortoShooter Characterization
Analyze adversary processes from initial target detection through track reporting firecontrol solution development weaponlaunch authorization guidance support and battledamage assessment.

CrossPlatform Coordination
Assess how threats coordinate across sensors and platforms including dataexchange formats cueing protocols and cooperativeengagement logic.

Targeting Data Quality
Examine track accuracy and latency requirements at every handoff point and evaluate how jamming or countermeasures degrade engagement performance.

Networked System Vulnerability Research
Conduct functional decomposition develop attack trees construct threat scenarios and perform rigorous assessments to identify system and network vulnerabilities.

Required Skills Education and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field and 8 years of relevant experience or masters degree and 6 years of relevant experience

• Experience in signal processing and/or systems engineering

• Experience working with SIGINT OSINT and other allsource intelligence

• Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering or a related discipline

• Priority consideration for candidates with an in-scope and active TS/SCI clearance

• Experience with Grapevine

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence

Salary Range for this position is: $166K to $205K - The final salary offered will be based on experience education and clearance.
