Undergrad Student Employee - Physics and Engineering Lab Assistant

Position: Physics and Engineering Lab Assistant Department: Physical Sciences Classification: Part-time Non-benefit eligible Location: Lisle Rate: State Minimum Wage Duties: The student will assist with the preparation of physics and engineering labs by helping set up and take down equipment as well as maintaining and tidying the lab as needed. During the summer the student will also assist with inventory.
Required Qualifications:
This positionrequires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to20 pounds.
Use of computerscreen phone and customer service.
May require bendingor sitting for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by thisjob include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral visiondepth perception and ability to adjust focus.
