• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft vandalism and other unlawful activities.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or via vehicle following established routes and schedules.
• Monitor surveillance equipment alarms and access control systems; report any irregularities.
• Enforce company policies rules and regulations while providing courteous assistance to employees and visitors.
• Conduct routine inspections of doors windows and perimeter fences; secure all entry points after hours.
• Write accurate incident reports and maintain logs of daily activities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Provide clear concise verbal and written communication to supervisors regarding safety concerns.
• Assist in crowd control and event security as directed.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• MUST HAVE VALID GUARD CARD
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
• Physical capability to stand walk and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel) for report writing.
• Clear criminal background check and drug screening results.
