Job Summary
- Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
- Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Must provide a background check upon hire
- Must have transportation
- Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing.
- Must be able to self-manage
- Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Must have excellent report writing skills
- Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
- Must be able to work various shifts as needed including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand stoop and bend for long periods of time.
- Work in all weather conditions
- Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet
- Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
- Follow all client and company policies
- Monitor and control access points by checking credentials of visitors contractors and employees to ensure authorized entry.
- Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts by applying conflict management techniques ensuring safety for all individuals involved.
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant observation CCTV monitoring and reporting suspicious activities or theft attempts.
- Gate Checker experience is a plus
