Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program
License: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Certifications/Registrations: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 2 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area; Basic Life Support (BLS)
In the state of Arkansas ARDMS-RVT OR CCI-RVS OR ARRT-VS may be required within 12 months of hire and/or transfer depending on scope of role.

Preferred Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team manage schedules and coordinate daily operations.
- Capability to make informed decisions regarding imaging procedures patient care and team management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously such as performing imaging procedures while supervising team members.
- Knowledge in proficiency producing diagnostic images with the ability to recognize technical abnormalities
- Knowledge of a variety of advanced procedures as applicable
- Knowledge of safe & proper machine operation machine emergency procedures and radiation safety procedures.
- Knowledge of protocols and ability to make adjustments as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to push pull and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
Position requires the ability to grip reach bend kneel twist and squat to perform duties.
