Ultrasound Technologist – General UT#26-05692

Shift: Day Shift 4x10-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Navitas Healthcare LLCis seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a busy outpatient imaging department. This opportunity is ideal for candidates experienced in general ultrasound procedures across both pediatric and adult patient populations.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Ultrasound experience required
• Community Hospital experience required
• Active ARDMS Certification required
• Active BLS Certification required
• New York State License must be in hand prior to submission
• First-time travelers accepted

• Outpatient Imaging Department

• OB/GYN Ultrasound
• Abdominal Ultrasound
• DVT Studies
• Carotid Studies
• Breast Ultrasound
• Pediatric to Adult patient scanning
• Thoracentesis and Paracentesis support procedures

• Biopsy procedure experience

• ARRT Sonography
• RDMS Abdomen (AB)
• RDMS OB/GYN
• RDMS Breast (BR)
• RDMS Pediatrics
• RVT Certification

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations accurately and efficiently
• Assist physicians during ultrasound-guided procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support quality patient care

• 4x10-Hour Day Shifts
• Call Required:
  • Every 3rd day after 6:00 PM
  • Every 3rd weekend
• Orientation: 16 Hours (Non-Billable)
