Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Diagnostic Imaging

Location: Gardner MA

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
40 Hours/Week (4) 10-Hour Shifts
Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 PM 10:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Rotating On-Call Weekends and Holiday Coverage Required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join a dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and ensure high-quality imaging
Operate ultrasound equipment and select appropriate settings and transducers
Review physician orders and confirm correct examinations before procedures
Accurately document patient information and imaging data in Meditech EMR
Ensure all images include required measurements and anatomical details
Coordinate workflow and patient scheduling to maintain timely exams
Communicate effectively with radiologists physicians and healthcare staff
Maintain patient safety and provide compassionate patient care throughout procedures

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology or Radiology Technology program required
Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred
Active ARDMS certification required
ARDMS (AB) ARDMS (BR) and/or ARDMS (OB) required
AHA BLS/BCLS certification required
Active state license required
Strong organizational communication and technical skills required
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
