General Purpose:

Performs diagnostic medical ultrasound exams and other related procedures

Qualifications:

Completion of a two years recognized AMA or AMA equivalent Allied Health training program that is patient related as described by ARDMS guidelines;

Current ARDMS certification in Ultrasound or registry eligible and/or ARRT Breast Sonography registered; Registry eligible employees will have one year from their date of hire to obtain registry.

Minimum of 12 months full-time clinical ultrasound experience as described by the ARDMS guidelines or has met the ARDMS registry prerequisite requirements and/or ARRT registry prerequisite.

BLS certification from approved BLS course required will provide training
