Location: Chillicothe OhioPay Rate: $55 to $60/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 5x8s; 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Chillicothe Ohio. This role focuses on general ultrasound exams including abdomen OB and small parts imaging. The ideal candidate should be confident performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures while maintaining patient safety comfort and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Perform general diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdomen OB and small parts
Operate ultrasound equipment and select proper transducers settings and techniques
Prepare patients explain procedures obtain history and ensure proper positioning
Recognize and document normal and abnormal sonographic findings
Maintain accurate records follow infection control and support quality imaging standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience required
ARDMS(AB) or ARDMS(OB) certification required
BLS/BCLS certification required
General ultrasound experience required; vascular tech-only candidates not accepted
Must reside outside a 60-mile radius and be available for day shift schedule
